Chaos process & change

We often think it is necessary to make big changes to solve a problem. However, the chaos of the various facets of our lives makes it very easy to make small adjustments that produce the desired results of "big changes".

You may just need to adjust how you think about an issue. Maybe a current relationship needs to be redefined. Taking the initiative to make some minor changes is an important step. It means you are already doing something different than before. This small difference sets in motion changes that may not be immediately perceived.

Experiment a little and see how a small change can produce greater effects. Try a new route to work, surprise your wife with flowers, talk to a struggling coworker. These actions inject something new into the chaotic system of our lives. You may not see a change immediately, but you've dropped the proverbial pebble into the water by doing something different.

At Focus C3 we apply chaos process theory and our Focus Model to find which positive adjustments you can make to thrive in business, relationships, and personal endeavours. Find out where to start with our free assessment here.
